Your information, handled with purpose.
This notice covers the inquiry form on this Zoid website. Updated 14 September 2026.
What you share
The form collects your name, work email, company, and any workflow description you choose to provide. It also records a submission time and a reference so the inquiry can be identified and duplicate submissions avoided. Please keep confidential customer records, passwords, and sensitive personal information out of your message.
How it is used
Submitted details are saved for Zoid to review your inquiry and discuss a potential project. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. The form does not currently send automated email confirmations.
Where it is stored
Inquiries are stored in this site’s database using Cloudflare D1 through Sites. They are not displayed on a public page. Website hosting and access providers may process technical request information to operate and protect the service.
Cookies and demonstrations
Zoid does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics to this website. The interactive workflow uses fictional sample data and runs in your browser. It does not connect to your company systems or send its sample requests to an AI service. The hosting platform may process technical request information to operate and protect this website.
Corrections or removal
You can submit a correction or removal request through the inquiry form. Include your previous inquiry reference, if available, and use the same work email so the request can be matched. Requests require manual review; submitting a new request does not automatically change or delete an earlier record.
